Endel Hango became certified supervisor and coach |
Endel Hango completed the supervisor and coach programme for CP and TEP level psychodramatist in the Helsinki Psychodrama Institute.
The
programme focused on applying action methods both in individual and group development.
During the December session, SELF’s development director successfully defended
his thesis. The thesis, as well as the practice, which was carried out during a
period of more than a year, focused on putting coaching and supervising into
use in different start-ups. When receiving his certificate, Endel pointed out
that „This year taught me a lot of patience and being constantly supervised
reminded me that it should be recommended to almost everyone, but especially to
people, who are facing important work-related challenges“.
