In 2002, at the request of its customers,
the most popular training courses by SELF II were customer service training,
management training and consultation on cooperation.
The training of delegation skills became very popular from among new products.
If compared with 2001, the share of training for trainers and training courses
for holding negotiations and conflict resolution also increased
remarkably.
